Performance Work Statement Summary: FCCO Construction Trailer Relocation
This is a Performance Work Statement for the relocation of a double-wide office trailer owned by the Bureau of Reclamation's Four Corners Construction Office (FCCO) in support of the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project in northwest New Mexico. The trailer, measuring 24 feet wide by 60 feet long (capable of being moved in two 12-foot sections), must be relocated from its current location near Yah-Ta-Hey Junction in McKinley County, New Mexico (GPS coordinates 35.629609, -108.779830) to the San Juan Lateral River Intake Pumping Plant site at 3895 US-64, Fruitland, New Mexico in San Juan County. The contractor is responsible for determining and obtaining all required transportation permits and compliance with New Mexico Department of Transportation and local county regulations, as well as determining the safe feasibility of moving the trailer and obtaining necessary certifications. The contractor must furnish all required axles and tires, determine the transportation route and schedule, and disconnect plumbing, sewer, and skirting at the current location.
The contractor must provide proof of insurance and a Job Hazard Analysis approved by Reclamation before commencing work, and is liable for all damage to the trailer, Government equipment, and non-Federal infrastructure resulting from the move. At the destination, the contractor shall level and place the trailer on blocks, re-attach skirting, and relocate stairs, with Reclamation responsible for power installation. The relocation schedule must be approved by Reclamation and carefully coordinated with Ames Federal Contracting Group, LLC (the on-site contractor) with a minimum of five business days' notice. Quality assurance includes on-site inspection during preparation, monitoring of transportation, and final inspection of placement and installation to ensure the trailer is properly supported and secured.
