About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Amendment Three of the FCCO Construction Trailer Relocation solicitation (140R4026Q0100), dated 21 July 2026. The document addresses contractor inquiries regarding site preparation and installation requirements for relocating a 60-foot office trailer to a destination site in New Mexico.

The destination site is an empty, relatively flat graveled area with no existing pad, requiring the trailer to be placed on blocks. No grading, excavation, or dirt work is anticipated by the contractor. The Government requires only tie-downs that comply with New Mexico regulations—nothing more stringent. There are no access issues, weight restrictions, or site access impediments at the destination. Reclamation staff will remove existing wood fencing as necessary to provide adequate space for the 60-foot trailer length. The document includes photographs showing the destination site's current condition, featuring a graveled area with scattered vegetation and wooden fencing visible in the images.
