Amendment-0002 is established to include the following information: A site visit for said RFP is scheduled for November 1, 2017 at 9:00 am. Eastern Time. Be advised offerors interested in attending the site visit shall submit their completed Security Clearance Forms. The security forms shall be electronically mailed to
a2johnson@bop.gov by the close of business October 19, 2017 (4:00PM)Eastern Time. All forms received after the deadline will NOT be accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS). All attendees shall meet in the front lobby of the Federal Medical Center, located in Butner, North Carolina. No questions will be answered during the site visit; therefore, please submit any questions from the site visit via electronic mail to tkennon@bop.gov. Ms. Kennon will post the responses to the questions on the Federal Business Opportunity website.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located in Butner, North Carolina. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed output. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient physician and facility services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is a requirements type contract with firm fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12 month option years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years are as follows: Inpatient Days: 2400 estimated days, Outpatient Visits: 1350 estimated visits

Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be made available on/or about September 11, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the General Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Please note all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
