Place of performance is RT.5/RW.2, Gambir, Central Jakarta City, Jakarta 10110, Indonesia. The solicitation offers two mutually exclusive Contract Line Items: CLIN 0001 for make-ready with minor repair (21-day performance period) and CLIN 0002 for make-ready with major repair (49-day performance period). The government will award only one CLIN. Estimated contract value ranges between $25,000 and $100,000, with pricing quoted in Indonesian Rupiah including Value Added Tax as a separate line item. Work must commence within 10 calendar days of notice to proceed. Liquidated damages are assessed at $252 per calendar day for delays.
Scope includes interior and exterior painting, floor and tile installation, plumbing repairs and fixture replacement, electrical work, and finishes to prepare the residential unit for occupancy. Amendment 00002, effective June 24, 2026, deleted Make Ready Work #1 (scraping and re-plastering walls) from both CLINs and revised Make Ready Work #2 to focus on painting interior walls and ceilings with repair of damaged surfaces and complete removal of existing paint and wallpaper.
