About this opportunity
This Special Notice announces an Information Technology Roadshow being held in Fayetteville, North Carolina on March 24-26, 2026, jointly sponsored by the General Services Administration and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The event is facilitated by Kentro on behalf of USSOCOM and represents a technology exchange forum rather than a formal procurement opportunity. The roadshow will convene decision makers from USSOCOM and various military branches, including the Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, and Navy. Industry partners are invited to showcase emerging information technology capabilities and solutions to these government stakeholders. The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service's Assisted Acquisition Services FEDSIM is the administering agency for this presolicitation notice.
The primary objective of the roadshow is to provide industry with an opportunity to present innovative IT solutions to senior government decision makers and explore how their technologies might address specific military needs. Nine 30-minute presentation slots are available each day on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to government approval, with presentations beginning at 9:15 AM Eastern Time. Companies must submit applications by 11:00 AM ET on March 18, 2026, to KentroRoadShowFayetteville@Kentro.us, including company information, points of contact, and marketing materials describing their specific solutions. The government is particularly interested in three challenge areas: Artificial General Intelligence for Network Operations, Power Generation and Storage Management, and Secure High-Throughput Data Transmission, though other capabilities in advanced energy systems, artificial intelligence, edge computing, and autonomous systems are welcome. All presentations and materials must remain at the UNCLASSIFIED level, and companies presenting future technologies should submit white papers with architectural breakdowns, risk analyses, and technology development roadmaps. Following the event, USSOCOM will prioritize selected capability concepts for further engagement and may require awardees to comply with NIST SP 800-171 and other applicable government standards.
Notice text
