About this opportunity
The Library of Congress (Library), a federal agency with over 3,000 employees, is seeking contractor support to perform and administer confidential multi-functional drug testing services as part of its personnel security policies requiring continuous vetting of employees. The key requirements include providing secure online scheduling and reporting, collection sites in the Washington DC, Fort Meade MD, and Culpeper VA areas, 5-panel and optional 10-panel drug testing, and a third-party Medical Review Officer to review positive, adulterated, rejected, invalid, and substituted test results. Proposals will be evaluated on the offeror's ability to meet the Statement of Work requirements and their total evaluated price. Proposals are due by August 7, 2024.
This is a new requirement for the Library and is not a set-aside contract. The contract minimum is $100 and the maximum value is $400,000 over the 5-year ordering period from August 15, 2024 to August 14, 2029. All work will be performed at the contractor's facilities and within 10 miles of the specified Library locations in Washington, DC, Culpeper, VA, and Fort Meade, MD.
