About this file

This document is an attachment containing updated responses to offeror questions for Solicitation 030ADV24R0044 for Drug Testing Services issued by the Library of Congress.

The solicitation is for a new requirement to provide confidential multi-functional drug testing services for Library of Congress employees as part of a continuous vetting effort. The Library anticipates testing needs at its Capitol Hill, Fort Meade, MD, and NAVCC campuses and requires a single contractor to administer all tests. All collections will take place at contractor facilities, not onsite. The solicitation does not include random test pool generation. This is a new requirement with no incumbent vendor. Offerors are required to submit responses for all locations within 10 miles of the specified campuses. No historical award information is available as this is a new requirement.
