About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, personnel, tools, parts, supervision, and items necessary to inspect, repair, and install a Video Management System (VMS) with an approved authority to operate on the Air Force Network at Dover Air Force Base. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and providing all drawings, diagrams, as-builts, and documentation to the Security Forces representative. Quotes are due by May 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM EDT, and the evaluation will be based on technical capability (acceptability) and price reasonableness, with the government intending to award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous.
This solicitation is set aside for 100% Small Business concerns under NAICS code 561621 with a $25 million size standard. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price award for installation, maintenance, and other services over a base year and up to 4 option periods, with a total potential performance period of up to 5 years. Amendment - The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, tools, parts, supervision, and items necessary to inspect, repair and install a Video Management System (VMS) with an approved authority to operate on the Air Force Network as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All equipment shall be maintained by the contractor in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. The contractor will ensure all drawings, diagrams, as-builts and documentation are given to the Security Forces representative within the S5/Installation Security office (ISS).
