The contract structure includes a base year performance period that has been adjusted from the original April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 timeframe, with specific Contract Line Items now scheduled from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026. The contract also includes four additional one-year option periods that could extend the total performance duration to five years. The scope involves managing food waste collection from 42 total bins across six dining facilities, requiring specialized industrial-strength bins, scheduled pickups, monthly reporting, and proper off-base disposal of collected food waste.
