1. Proposal due date is changed to 21 April 2023 at 1500 Pacific Standard Time.
2. The collective bargaining agreement provided in Amendment 0009 is a reference and minimum personnel is governed by the Performance Work Statement.
3. Offerors should submit only revisions to pricing in their proposals based on the collective bargaining agreement.

1. Extension Agreement dated 9 Dec 2022, Letter of Agreement signed 5 Jan 2023, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) effective 1 Aug 2022 - 31 Oct 2021, and Fort Irwin Fire Dept Summary Wage and Benefit Breakdown are published in Section B of this solicitation amendment.
2. As a result of the above mentioned documents made available, submission of proposal is due on 14 April 2023 at 1500 Pacific Standard Time.
3. The new contracting officer is LTC Matthew E. Wernert at matthew.e.wernert.mil@army.mil.
4. Nothing else follows.

Contractor must provide 24 hour fire suppression, dispatching, and operations personnel and 8 hour workday prevention and inspection personnel. The contractor must ensure personnel are compliant with all applicable Federal/State/local laws, regulations, and directives identified in Section 9 (Applicable Directives, Publications, Forms and Reports) of the herein Performance Work Statement.

Site visit will be hosted on 15 November 2022, 0900, at Marie Velez MICC Building 512, Langford Lake Road, Fort Irwin, CA 92310. Intersted attendees must provide a scanned copy of their state driver's license to joey.p.acfall.civ@army.mil by 12pm PST 14 November 2022. See attached Amendment 0001 for additional clarifications to solicitation.
