The VA seeks commercially available solutions and managed services to process, print, and mail Veteran correspondence generated by Oracle Health and other VA enterprise systems across all Veterans Integrated Service Networks and facilities nationwide. Contractors must comply with VA Handbook 6500, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, and FISMA; permit VA audits and penetration testing; and conduct annual security training.
Responses limited to one page per question must address 18 topics including live demonstration capabilities, relevant federal and commercial experience from the past three to five years, hosting models, security and compliance measures, quality control, system integration, business continuity plans, and pricing methodology with rough order of magnitude estimates. Submit responses to Contract Specialist Samantha McIntyre (Samantha.McIntyre2@va.gov) and Contracting Officer Peter T. Lewandowski (Peter.Lewandowski@va.gov) with maximum 5MB per email. NAICS 541519; small business size standard $34.0 million.
