About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces, specifically the 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for full-scope Platinum-level support services for the Activu Data Wall System. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors capable of providing comprehensive support including 24/7 remote system monitoring, emergency onsite support, software and hardware maintenance, remote and on-site training, and logistical support. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement by May 9, 2025, via email to MSgt Jerime Gorse and SSgt Thomas Hembree. The submission should include company details, experience with similar systems, Activu maintenance authorization, past performance, GSA contract number, and recommended NAICS codes. This market research is being conducted under FAR Part 10 and is strictly for information gathering purposes, not a formal solicitation.
The opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, targeting small business contractors in the Other Computer Related Services (NAICS 541519) category. The RFI emphasizes that Activu's service terms may be voided if unauthorized repairs or modifications occur, so contractors must ensure continuous coverage and compliance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. While specific award values are not disclosed, the contract requires a minimum of two onsite visits per year and comprehensive system support. The technical requirements suggest a complex, mission-critical system that demands high-level technical expertise and reliable service continuity. Contractors will need to demonstrate specialized knowledge of Activu Data Wall Systems and the ability to provide rapid, comprehensive technical support to meet the Air Force's operational needs.
