REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
DATA WALL SYSTEM SUPPORT SERVICES
1. PURPOSE
The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (766 ESS) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing full-scope Platinum-level support services for the Activu Data Wall System. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes—**it does not constitute a solicitation**. Responses to this RFI will assist the Government in identifying capable sources and determining appropriate acquisition strategies.
2. BACKGROUND
The Activu Data Wall System is a proprietary visualization platform currently in operational use by an Air Force unit. The system integrates software and hardware to support 24/7 mission-critical display functions. The OEM, Activu, has provided uninterrupted service and maintenance since installation.
3. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW
The Government requires a contractor to provide support services that include, but are not limited to:
- 24/7 remote system monitoring and optimization
- Emergency Onsite Support (minimum of 2 visits/year)
- Software maintenance (point releases and version upgrades)
- On-site hardware preventative maintenance (minimum of 2 visits/year)
- Remote and on-site training
- Logistical and warranty support for all Activu-installed components
Services must ensure no lapse in coverage and full compliance with OEM specifications.
4. OEM SERVICE TERMS (FOR INDUSTRY AWARENESS)
As per Activu’s published terms, support may be voided under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized attempts by other than Activu personnel to repair, maintain, or modify components or sealed units
- Modifications not executed or authorized by Activu
- Use of unsupported equipment or causes deemed outside of normal wear and tear
Contractors shall be aware that violating these terms may disqualify the system from further OEM support.
5. REQUESTED INFORMATION
Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement that includes:
- Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code, and UEI
- A description of experience providing similar support for Activu or comparable systems
- Demonstration of authorization from Activu to perform OEM-compliant maintenance (if applicable)
- Past performance information for similar efforts
- GSA contract number (if applicable)
- NAICS code recommendations
