This solicitation seeks proposals to replace plumbing at the D10 Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas for the Federal Aviation Administration. AMENDMENT 03_The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Q&A attachment and extend the proposal due date to provide adequate time to respond as described below:

1. Incorporate questions and answers into the solicitation, see section J.

2. Extend the proposal due date to 7 September 2022 no later than 1600 Eastern Time.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 02_The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal and question due date and provide site visit information, see below for additional details:

1. A site visit is scheduled for 15 August 2022 and will start at 2200 Central Time. Due to COVID protocols at the facility, the contractors will be assigned time slots for the site visit. Time slots are on a first come first serve basis. All participants must submit
interest in writing to the Contract Specialist, Sam Culberth at Sam.G.Culberth@faa.gov and the Contracting Officer, Joni Haynes at joni.l.haynes@faa.gov, no later than 8 August 2022, 1700 ET. Participants must receive approval from CS/CO to participate in site visit. Participants showing up without prior approval will not be permitted to attend the site visit.

2. Extend the question due date to 17 August 2022 no later than 1600 Eastern Time.

3. Extend proposal due date to 30 August 2022 no later than 1600 Eastern Time.

4. AMS clause 3.6.4-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Hardware, Software, and Services Developed or Provided by Kaspersky Lab and Other Covered Entities (July 2022) is hereby incorporated.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

1. Remove requirement for offerors to complete standard form 24 as outline in the original solicitation for this requirement. The offeror now just needs to provide "A letter from an approved bonding company confirming bonding capability."

2. Update section L attachments to remove standard form 24 attachment.

3. Extend proposal question due date to 2 August 2022 no later than 1600 ET.

4. Extend proposal due date to 16 August 2022 no later than 1600 ET.

This SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and must not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract.The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.

All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to BOTH Ms. Joni Haynes at joni.l.haynes@faa.gov and  Mr. Sam Culberth at sam.g.culberth@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than July 19, 2022 at 1600 ET. A site visit is schedule for this requirement. Your attendance is optional. The site visit information can be found in the attached solicitation document, Section L.3 of this notice.
