About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is procuring service support for a stand-alone Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system and server located within Building 1515, a secured facility at Hill Air Force Base. The 309th Software Engineering Group CyberOps Squadron requires comprehensive system administrative services and cyber defense network analysis for their IP-based surveillance system, which includes Wisenet WAVE recorders, cameras, and Trendnet network switches with approximately 800TB of total storage capacity. Contractors must possess secret security clearance and maintain current SPRS NIST 800-171 DoD Assessment compliance, while providing services including network access management, infrastructure management, vulnerability scanning, security testing, and help desk support. The government will evaluate proposals using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method under full and open competition. Following an amendment that extended the deadline, quotes are now due by 4:00 PM MST on September 23, 2025.
This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified contractors through full and open competition. The original installation and service contract (FA822823C0002) was previously awarded in November 2022 with a service period that ended in 2023, indicating there may be an incumbent contractor familiar with the system. The contract structure includes a firm-fixed price base year plus four option years, with performance taking place at 6137 Wardleigh Road, Building 1515, Hill AFB, Utah 84056. Key deliverables include monthly status reports, contractor personnel rosters, activity status reporting, quality control plans, and Plans of Action and Milestones for non-compliant security controls. The system comprises three rack-mounted recorders with some devices located more than 100 meters from the recorders, and all equipment must maintain NDAA and TAA compliance throughout the contract period.
