About this opportunity

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is soliciting proposals for a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide cultural resource services. The contract will support archaeological and historical preservation efforts across several southwestern states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. Contractors will be required to perform studies, investigations, document preparation, and implementation of plans in accordance with Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Task orders will be competed either based on lowest price using pre-established fixed labor rates or through best value competition for non-priced work.
