About this opportunity

The Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Physical Security Programs (PSP), Facilities Security Division (FSD), Domestic Building Branch (DBB) has a requirement for construction surveillance services utilizing Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support its Construction Surveillance Detection Service operations. The goal is to detect unauthorized access, deter the introduction of unauthorized materials, and observe activities of construction workers and visitors to prevent the implantation of clandestine surveillance devices. The contract will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Proposals will be evaluated based on Compensation and Retention Plan, Management Plan/Key Personnel, and Past Performance, with price being evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Proposals are due by October 20, 2024.
