AQM/Legal?
The current incumbent is Diversified Protection Corporation.
2.

AQM
See answer to Question #2.
4.
We currently do not have the necessary security clearance for this project. Will the Department of State would sponsor our company for a Facility Clearance (FCL)?
AQM
IAW 3.1 Facility Clearance Requirement in the SOW, the incoming contractor must be able to assume work from the prior contractor seamlessly and without interruption.
5.

If so, are the days consecutive or will there be breaks, excluding weekends and holidays, in between the workdays? |

Will customer accept CPARS in lieu of PPQs? (Instructions to Offerors Factor 3: Past Performance Attachment F – PP Questionnaire)
AQM
You may submit CPARS reports as part of your proposal. However, CPARS reports alone will not fulfill the requirements for Factor 3: Past Performance as outlined in Attachment B - Instructions to Offerors. You must also complete and submit Attachment F – Past Performance Questionnaire, which is a separate and required component of your past performance submission. AQM check this-I don’t think this is the correct response
