About this opportunity
The USDA Forest Service Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests is soliciting fixed-price proposals to recondition and stabilize approximately 12 miles of National Forest System Roads 100 and 169 located in Coconino County, Arizona. Offerors must have an active SAM registration and provide pricing to reestablish the road template, place 4 inches of aggregate base material, and stabilize with a lignin/magnesium chloride blend. Proposals will be evaluated using best value tradeoff procedures considering technical approach, past performance, and price/cost realism. Proposals are due by June 7, 2022.
This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 million. The work includes reconditioning approximately 5 miles of NFSR 100 from its intersection with NFSR 169 northward and potential additional 0.6 mile increments as funding allows, totaling approximately 12 miles.
