The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance services for the Compliance vessel, including routine inspections, engine servicing, hull cleaning, electrical system checks, and safety equipment verification.

Solicitation number 140R2026Q0037 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price with Time and Materials Adjustment Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
