No incumbent contractor or award value range is specified in this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The vessel may be transported up to 60 water miles from New Bridge Marina in Antioch under its own power, with routine maintenance ordered at manufacturer-recommended service intervals of approximately every 200 service hours, and specialized services performed at higher intervals such as 600-hour, 1200-hour, and 1500-hour services. All work shall be performed at the contractor's facility, though emergency repairs may be authorized at the vessel's location at the Contracting Officer's discretion. The applicable NAICS code is 336611 (Ship Building and Repairing) with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees, and the PSC category is J019 (Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, and Floating Docks).
