About this opportunity
The Minnesota Army National Guard seeks quotes for the purchase and delivery of commercial kitchen equipment across 18 contract line items, with quotes due August 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM. This is a 100% small business set-aside conducted under FAR Part 12 simplified procedures.
All 18 CLINs must be quoted together; partial quotes are non-responsive and will not be evaluated. The requirement encompasses refrigeration units (6 double-door freezers, 1 single-door freezer, 1 single-door refrigerator, 6 double-door refrigerators, 3 three-door refrigerators), ice machines (3 head units and 4 units with bins), food service tables (2 ice-cooled four-pan tables, 1 electric-cooled four-pan table, 3 hot four-pan tables), cooking equipment (2 double-stack convection ovens, two griddles with varying burner configurations, 1 countertop griddle, and 4 griddle/range/oven combinations), plus 3 coffee makers with airpots and 1 electric can opener. All equipment must be new, commercial-grade, stainless steel where specified, and include required certifications (NSF, UL, CE, NSI). Offerors may propose specified brand and model or "or equal" items meeting or exceeding salient characteristics, subject to manufacturer's technical specification literature demonstrating equivalency and Government discretion on acceptance.
Place of performance is USPFO Warehouse, Bldg 11-62, Camp Ripley, 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, Minnesota 56345. Delivery is F.O.B. destination on or before September 30, 2026. Standard dock-height loading dock is available; lift-gate service is not required. Award will be a single firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote represents best value. Evaluation uses Best Value Tradeoff methodology weighing Technical Capability and Price, with non-price factors combined approximately equal to price. All equipment must include instruction manuals and a minimum one-year warranty covering parts and labor. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to eric.a.ahlgren.civ@army.mil in three Adobe PDF attachments following structured submission requirements, with acknowledgment of all amendments required. Amendment 0001 replaced the SOW and provided brand name or equal model numbers for all CLINs; Amendments 0002 and 0003 provided official Q&A responses addressing alternative specifications, delivery logistics, and technical clarifications.
