About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency seeks renewal of a Data Service Agreement with Cardinal Health 200 LLC for medical and surgical product classification and licensing services, with proposals due September 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT. Amendment 0004, effective September 10, 2026, corrected the solicitation closing date from September 11, 2025 to September 11, 2026, and revised section C.5 to remove the phrase "at no cost." Amendment 0003, posted September 10, provided answers to contractor questions and additional solicitation revisions. Contractors must acknowledge all amendments prior to the closing deadline.
Place of performance is Waukegan, Illinois. The NAICS code is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services, with a small business size standard of $40 million. The contract comprises a base period from September 20, 2026 through September 19, 2027, and two one-year option periods.
The contractor must deliver a monthly Master License of standardized medical-surgical product data including manufacturer and distributor information, product classifications, and clinical equivalencies. Weekly file submissions must include manufacturer data, distributor data, packaging information, and classification records. The contractor must classify between 1,200 and 3,000 items annually, averaging a minimum of 100 items per month, and return unclassified items weekly with documented reasons. Monthly classifications from the Department of Veterans Affairs must be delivered by the 12th of each month. The contractor must designate a point of contact, participate in monthly operational oversight meetings, and is prohibited from using government-provided data to develop competitive products or for third-party services without written authorization.
Evaluation will select the responsible offeror whose offer is lowest priced and technically acceptable, without discussions unless the contracting officer determines discussions necessary. Questions were due September 4. Quotations must be submitted electronically to Jenna.Greensweig@dla.mil and Cecilia.Geraghty@dla.mil.
