About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency seeks maintenance and repair services for Black and White multifunction equipment at multiple DLA facilities, with quotations due July 31, 2026. This is an unrestricted, single award, firm fixed price acquisition under RFQ SP7000-26-Q-1023, issued as a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items.
Place of performance spans approximately six DLA facilities across the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, with primary administrative oversight in San Diego, California. The scope covers 11 multifunction devices—eight Xerox PrimeLink B9100G units and three Xerox Nuvera 157 units—across four military installations (Naval Base Port Hueneme, Naval Base Pearl Harbor, North Island, Naval Station Bangor, and Travis Air Force Base). The contract term is 36 months: one base year plus two option years.
Services include equipment maintenance and repair, consumable supplies (toner, developer, fuser oil, replacement parts, staples), networking support, IT security accreditation, and administrative reporting. The contractor must maintain at least 80% Monthly Uptime Availability per machine, calculated on 21 Federal workdays and eight-hour days, excluding scheduled preventive maintenance. Service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time with a required six-hour response time. All service technicians must be eligible for DoD facility access within 60 days of award and obtain security clearances up to secret level as needed. The contractor must implement automatic consumable replenishment, comply with DoD information security specifications for classified materials, support IPv4, IPv6, and hybrid protocols, maintain Section 508 accessibility compliance, and provide monthly availability and security vulnerability reports.
Evaluation uses Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology with technical acceptability on a pass/fail basis and price as the determining factor. Quotations must include company information, DUNS number, CAGE code, unit and extended pricing for all contract line items, and technical documentation. All pricing must be inclusive of equipment costs, smartcard readers, packaging, shipping, one-year warranty, and associated costs. Award will be issued on Standard Form 1449 with invoicing through Wide Area Workflow. The NAICS code is 811210; PSC is J074.
