About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division seeks installation of an audiovisual conferencing system at its Point Mugu facility, with quotes due May 26, 2026 at 12:00 Pacific Time. This is a full and open competition (no set-aside), firm fixed-price procurement.
Place of performance is Building 36, Room 1010A at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California. The system comprises two 85-inch Samsung Crystal UHD displays and two 75-inch Samsung Crystal UHD displays, Biamp Devio Large Meeting Room audio bundle with microphone arrays, Huddly L1 camera kit, Atlona HDBaseT distribution and receiver units, Chief wall mounts, HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 (or HP Thunderbolt 4 Ultra 280W G6 if unavailable), StarTech power strip, and specified Kramer-brand cabling only—no substitutions permitted for cabling. Installation must be completed within 90 days from order date and be finished in a single workday during core hours 0600–1600. All contractor personnel must obtain proper base access clearance without scheduling delays; non-DoD personnel require automated criminal background checks and valid REAL ID-compliant identification at the Visitor Control Center.
Delivery is required by July 31, 2026. The QB-series displays are preferred over the BE-series specified in the Statement of Work; the front-left 85-inch and both 75-inch side displays must mirror identical content while the front-right 85-inch displays independent video. All cabling must be Kramer brand. Quotes must itemize parts separately and verify authorized distributor status through manufacturers, with proof of supply line for new items. Payment terms are NET 30 upon job completion via WAWF. The NAICS code is 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing); PSC is 5995 (Cable, Cord, and Wire Assemblies: Communication Equipment). Contact Gwynn Hartkopf at gwynn.l.hartkopf.civ@us.navy.mil or 760-793-3782 to coordinate base access documentation prior to arrival.
