About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the installation of a complete audio-visual conferencing system in Building 36, Room 1010A at NAWCWD Point Mugu. The project requires procurement, installation, integration, programming, and testing of specified AV equipment with no substitutions permitted. The system consists of four displays (two 85-inch Samsung BE85FX-H and two 75-inch Samsung BE75FX-H Crystal UHD models), ceiling-mounted audio equipment (Biamp Devio MRB-L-SCX400-C Large Meeting Room Bundle with microphone arrays and speakers), a Huddly L1 camera kit, HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4, Atlona HDBaseT distribution amplifiers and receivers, four Chief XTM1U-G wall mounts, a StarTech power strip, and associated cabling and hardware. The installation services encompass mounting displays on the front and side walls, installing audio and video components, programming all AV controls, running integrated cabling between equipment, and managing cable organization.

The contractor must complete all work within 90 days from the order date and demonstrate full system functionality through successful testing and a test conference call before final client sign-off. The client will provide a clean, accessible room with pre-existing 120V power and network connections; the SOW explicitly excludes structural modifications, custom millwork, painting, or electrical work beyond equipment connection. All workers must obtain proper base access clearance without scheduling delays. The related federal solicitation (N6893626Q5111) issued by Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division will be posted on beta.SAM.gov on or about May 13, 2026, and interested contractors should submit quotes to gwynn.l.hartkopf.civ@us.navy.mil. Contractors must maintain active SAM registrations and obtain DLIS certification to access controlled unclassified information.
