The scope encompasses Montgomery Hall with a 163-inch 4K direct-view LED wall (0.95mm pixel pitch, 800 nits brightness, 15,000:1 contrast ratio), wireless microphone systems with five RF channels, ceiling beamtracking microphones, and PTZ cameras with 4K/60 capture and IP streaming; and Conference Room 1200-C with one 98-inch and two 65-inch 4K HDR displays, in-ceiling loudspeakers, and beamtracking arrays. The contractor must deliver design submittals, installation, commissioning per AVIXA standards (V201.01 for image contrast, A102.01 for audio coverage), training, as-built documentation, and minimum one-year warranty. All work must comply with Section 508 ICT accessibility requirements, NEC electrical codes, OSHA workplace safety standards, and AVIXA networked AV security practices. The Government furnishes and installs dedicated electrical circuits; the contractor performs low-voltage connections and power sequencing only.
