About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for comprehensive audiometric testing services through the 934th Airlift Wing/Contracting Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The solicitation requires qualified audiologists with active licenses to provide full audiometric evaluations including pure tone air and bone conduction tests, word recognition testing, immittance measures, acoustic reflex testing, and otoacoustic emissions testing using calibrated equipment meeting American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide written quotes with their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code, as oral offers will not be accepted. The key performance requirement mandates completing examinations 95% of the time during initially scheduled slots and submitting detailed audiology reports within one week of examination completion. The solicitation closes on July 30, 2025, with quotes due by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time on July 28, 2025.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is structured as a full and open competition for a single award under NAICS code 621340 with a size standard of $12.5 million. The BPA will be effective from August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2030, or until total orders reach $250,000, with a maximum individual call order limit of $25,000. The government anticipates testing approximately 28 individuals per year across four appointment days annually, typically scheduled during Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends with 7 people per appointment day. Services must be performed at Building 840 on the government installation, with scheduling available Monday through Thursday from 0600-2300, Friday from 0600-1800, and UTA weekends from 0600-1600, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must provide on-site testing services using audiometers meeting ANSI S3.6 standards and maintain a 48-hour cancellation notification window for scheduling changes.
