About this opportunity
The 61st Contracting Flight at Los Angeles Air Force Base is conducting market research for Audio Visual Integration System Consulting and Renovation Services in a total small business set-aside, with capability statements due August 17, 2026.
The Air Force seeks to upgrade the 96th Air Base Wing courtroom at Los Angeles Space Force Base with a turnkey AV-over-IP solution integrating Microsoft Teams capability, replacing outdated VTC technology that sunset in July 2024. Work is performed at Los Angeles Space Force Base with a project completion target of September 30, 2026.
The system must integrate professional-grade, non-proprietary, modularly engineered equipment: three new 65-inch display monitors, four 27-inch 4K confidence/evidence monitors, two Vaddio RoboSHOT 12E PTZ cameras, a BiAmp Tesira X800 audio DSP, two Shure MXA920R-R ceiling microphone arrays, Crestron DM-NVX encoders/decoders, and associated networking infrastructure. The contractor must enable presentation from five distinct courtroom locations (podium, two counsel tables, judge's bench, and one government-determined location), provide seamless USB host switching for Teams/Zoom remote testimony using existing input/output devices, and integrate with court reporting Eclipse equipment.
Deliverables include complete wiring, cabling, electrical work, software coding mirroring Air Force JAG standards, AutoCAD/Visio documentation with full source code delivery, user training, and five years of post-installation support with 24-hour maintenance turnaround and manufacturer warranty coverage.
Interested vendors must submit capability statements identifying company name, CAGE code, UEI, primary point of contact, business size and socio-economic status under NAICS 334310 or 541519, and experience delivering AV-over-IP solutions with professional-grade hardware in courtroom or secure DoD environments.
