This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with no other competition permitted.
Place of performance is the Boulder Ranger District, north-central Colorado, across five dispersed sites: Forsythe Canyon Trailhead (14 miles from Boulder), East Portal Trailhead (29 miles), Sourdough Trailhead (25 miles), Meeker Park Picnic Area (39 miles), and South St. Vrain Picnic Area (24 miles). Services include regular and as-needed vault pumping (500 gallons per vault), waste removal and disposal at permitted facilities, vault flushing with disinfectant, water refilling, and facility cleaning. The five sites collectively require nine annual regular services (ranging from one to three per site per year) plus as-needed excess trash removal. Contractors must provide a minimum 1,000-gallon pump tank, vacuum pump, 3-inch intake valve with 200 feet of hose, and long-handled grappling device. Pumping season runs May 1 through November 1 annually. Contractors must quote pricing on a per-gallon-pumped basis for each site and per-occurrence pricing for excess trash removal.

Evaluation assesses contractor ability to meet schedule requirements, equipment specifications, project manager identification, and past performance (rated acceptable, neutral, or unacceptable).
