The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces is seeking a design-bid-build construction contract to repair and reconfigure electrical tie feeder circuits P-84 and P-85 at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The project involves complex electrical infrastructure modifications, including rerouting circuits to avoid runway crossings, providing redundant circuit connections for transformers, and establishing new feeder connections to Hangar 1. Contractors must submit electronic bids through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) by 07 May 2025 at 0900 ChST, with a mandatory site visit scheduled for 25 March 2025 and all requests for information due by 02 April 2025. Potential bidders must demonstrate technical capability to perform electrical infrastructure work, with a specific focus on Professional Engineer-stamped design drawings and comprehensive electrical system analysis.
