I wanted to clarify on a solicitation (AJJY 22-1058 Repair Tie Feeder Circuit P-84 and P- 85 AAFB, GU) in regards to the site visit requirements. I am trying to understand the verbiage with “Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where work will be performed in accordance with FAR 52.236-27.” Does this mean that it is mandatory and required to attend the pre-bid conference/site visit to bid on this exact RFP?
