b. To attach an amended and revised Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
2) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The RFP due date of 4pm Pacific Time, Thursday, 11/21/2024 remains unchanged.

a. To include the pre-proposal site visit sign-in log to interested parties;
b. To acknowledge that several RFIs were received and the government is working on responses to those. They will be posted to all parties in a subsequent amendment shortly; and
c. To extend the RFP due date through 4pm Pacific Time, Thursday, 11/21/2024.
2) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA ARS PWA TEMPERATE TREE FRUIT AND VEGETATION RESEARCH in Wapato, WA.
