About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center seeks one commercial off-the-shelf videoscope for engine inspection use at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, with quotes due November 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside on a Firm Fixed Price basis.

The videoscope must be Trade Agreements Act compliant, weigh no more than 20 pounds, and arrive fully assembled with an operations and maintenance manual. The insertion tube must measure 3 to 6 meters in length with a maximum outer diameter of 4 millimeters, provide a minimum 80-degree field of view with forward-facing LED lighting, and maintain IP54 ingress-protection rating. Controls require a joystick with minimum four-way, 120-degree articulation at the distal end. The display and main unit must feature a color touchscreen between 6.5 and 12 inches with minimum 1,920 by 1,080 pixel resolution, backlit capability, and support strap or handle. The system must be battery powered and capable of recording still images in JPEG format and videos in MP4 format, with storage of images, videos, 3D models, and measurements on removable SD cards. Live measurement capabilities must include point-to-point length, point-to-line length, orthogonal height distance, surface area calculations, and 3D surface modeling. All offerors must maintain active SAM registration prior to quoting and award. Evaluation weighs Technical Capability (product compliance with requirements) and Price (lowest price technically acceptable) as factors. Shipping is FOB Destination to Tinker AFB with no separate freight charges allowed; payment terms default to Net 30 via WAWF. Offerors must provide manufacturer specifications, product data sheets, and warranty information; failure to demonstrate compliance with material specifications results in an unacceptable technical rating. Quotes should be directed to McKenzie Williams (Mckenzie.williams.3@us.af.mil) and Tiwana Burdex (Tiwana.burdex@us.af.mil). NAICS code is 334519; PSC code is 6650.
