About this opportunity
Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 intends to solicit five teleradiology reading workstations set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, with responses due July 10, 2026.
Work will be performed at VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84148. Each workstation must include an HP Z2 TWR G9 tower with Intel Core i7-14700K vPro processor, 32GB DDR5 ECC memory, 512GB M.2 SSD, NVIDIA RTX A4000 16GB graphics card, and Windows 11 LTSC Enterprise; a 31.5-inch 8MP high-brightness reading monitor meeting American College of Radiology requirements for primary diagnostic interpretation including mammography (3840 x 2160 resolution, 1000 cd/m² minimum brightness, 600 cd/m² minimum calibrated brightness, 2000:1 contrast ratio, DisplayPort inputs, auto DICOM calibration sensor); a 23.8-inch side monitor (1920 x 1080, TAA-compliant); and a 1500 VA/900 W UPS unit with simulated sine wave output. New workstations must exactly match existing teleradiology stations for interchangeability and enable swap-outs for remote service. Vendor must provide responsive customer support for emergency downtime, remote installation, training, and 5-year advance hot-swap and warranty coverage. Workstations will enable radiologists to complete work remotely off-site. Contact Charles Morton, Contract Specialist, charles.morton@va.gov or 307-433-3739.
Notice text
*Procure, configure, and deploy five (5) radiology reading workstations with associated hardware, software, calibration, reading monitors, side monitors and UPS units, in alignment with VA radiology specific requirements and American College of Radiology (ACR) monitor requirements for primary diagnostic interpretation (including mammography).
*Vendor must have responsive and robust customer support in case of downtime emergency or as needed for trouble shooting.
*Each station will enable a radiologist to complete their work remotely off site. Being remote and more challenging to update/repair they need to match exactly our existing teleradiology stations so they can be swapped out with existing stations as needed for service.
