About this opportunity
The Western Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration seeks to award up to five indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts to provide construction management, inspection, and miscellaneous support services for highway and bridge projects. Firms must submit a completed Standard Form 330 by June 19, 2020 demonstrating experience with these services and qualifications of key personnel, with evaluation based on specialized experience, past performance, capacity, and qualifications. Task orders issued against the contracts may range in value from $1,000 to $3,000,000 to provide services in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and other states.
Three of the contracts are reserved for small businesses under NAICS code 541330 for engineering services. The maximum potential value of all task orders to be issued against the multiple IDIQ contracts is $80,000,000 over the life of the contracts. Services will include constructability reviews, construction phase management, construction inspection, and other pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phase support as required on individual task orders issued from the date of award through five years.

Outside consultants can supplement a firms capabilities but shall not be used as a basis for your firm to meet the Minimum Requirements, Evaluation Factor 1 or 2. We are still in the selection approval process which needs to go up to our FHWA headquarters office. This has been a challenge with COVID and remote work but we are diligently trying to get the necessary approval so we can move to the next step/make notifications.
