The following are Approved Control Panel Suppliers:

ECS
STACON
UNITRON

Victor please confirm. JA Allen, Jenna M Victor, also identify “on short notice” is this 24 hours, 48 hours? What is the timeline? VA Andujar Rivera, Victor M Replace with: A. All equipment shall be new or current manufacture in production and carry standard warranties. The Contractor shall service and maintain the equipment within 24 hours of receiving a service request. , be serviced and maintained by the Contractor.

AH Hernandez Fernandez, Alina This is submission requirement. Perhaps you can make this an affirmation of the Bid Response Form section. But the scope of services should not make mention of bid submission requirements. VA Andujar Rivera, Victor M This is formatted as it was in Y20-163 page 26 (Equipment) and in Y22-1019 term, page 37 (Material and Equipment) This is a statement that needs to be included in the specification. Feel free to edit and add it to the appropriate section. AH Hernandez Fernandez, Alina Jenna, please add this as an affirmation in the Bid Response Form section of your IFB.

Failure to meet these requirements, in the County’s sole opinion, may be a cause for rejection. AH Hernandez Fernandez, Alina I suggest deleting this sentence, again, this is speaking to submission requirements as the dept makes reference to rejection of the bid. Delete this sentence.

Perhaps this can be added as an affirmation in the Bid Response Form section. JA Allen, Jenna M I agree, I have added an affirmation to the “Bid Response Form (Submittal) section” of openGov that the Respondent must confirm.

Affirmation of Repair Parts Supply and Service Readiness By submission of this offer the Respondent confirms their capability of maintaining a normal supply of repair parts and their ability to be equipped with personnel and facilities to provide such services to the County if necessary to keep the equipment in operation with minimal delay.

Victor are you agreeable?
