The price increase to the original panel cost will be on a dollar per dollar basis equal to the difference between the two (2) list prices. AH Hernandez Fernandez, Alina What does this mean? I’m not sure what their intent is with this language.

Also, would we not issue an amendment to add whatever the addition is? I suggest revising this language.

The price increase to the original panel price will be on a dollar per dollar basis of the given list price. AH Hernandez Fernandez, Alina What does this mean? I’m not sure what their intent is with this language.

Also, would we not issue an amendment to add whatever the addition is? I suggest revising this language.

This subpart only applies to new, as quoted panels specified in the this contract bid Fee Sschedule. If approved, the price increase difference of the control or SCADA panel upgrade will be paid under the appropriate line item in the bid Fee Sschedule.
