About this file

This is a Workplan Template file associated with the Strengthening Families Washington (SFWA) Perinatal Mental Health initiative managed by the State of Washington. The template is designed to guide contractors in developing comprehensive work plans for providing ongoing training and technical assistance to increase community capacity in recognizing, supporting, and referring families affected by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. The workplan template outlines the framework for organizing project activities, deliverables, and timelines that contractors must follow when responding to this opportunity. The document serves as a structured planning tool to ensure alignment with the initiative's goal of engaging non-clinical community organizations and individuals who interact with families, such as healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community-based organizations, in supporting perinatal mental health promotion.

The template establishes the format and structure that bidders must utilize when submitting their proposals, ensuring consistency and comparability across all submissions. By requiring contractors to complete this standardized workplan, the State of Washington can effectively evaluate how each contractor plans to deliver training and technical assistance, allocate resources, and achieve measurable outcomes related to perinatal mental health awareness and support capacity. The workplan template likely includes sections for identifying target populations, describing training curricula, outlining technical assistance delivery methods, establishing performance metrics, and creating detailed implementation schedules aligned with contract performance periods.
