About this file

This is a cost reimbursement bidder response attachment for the Strengthening Families Washington (SFWA) Community Based Perinatal Mental Health Promotion contract with the State of Washington. The document outlines the financial proposal structure for providing ongoing training and technical assistance to increase community capacity in recognizing, supporting, and referring families experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. The contract scope involves working with non-clinical community organizations and individuals who interact with families to enhance perinatal mental health promotion services across Washington State communities.

The cost reimbursement format indicates that the selected bidder will be reimbursed for actual costs incurred in delivering the training and technical assistance services. The spreadsheet structure allows bidders to itemize their anticipated expenses and cost categories associated with project implementation, enabling transparent and accountable financial management. This reimbursement-based approach ensures that payments align directly with documented expenditures for personnel, materials, travel, and other project-related costs necessary to fulfill the perinatal mental health initiative objectives.
