About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation W91QV125RA038 for Tree & Shrub Maintenance Services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) and United States Soldier's and Airmen's Home National Cemetery (USSAHNC). The amendment provides clarifications and answers to questions from a site visit, addressing key operational details such as chemical product handling, pesticide application requirements, and contract specifications.
Key clarifications include: chemical products must be brought on-site daily and removed by day's end, all pesticide applicators must be certified, most tree plantings will be 2-3 inch caliper trees, and the current contract (held by Discount Tree Services Inc.) has an award amount of $12,185,163.16. The amendment also confirms that the small business prime contractor must complete at least 51% of the work, and specific qualifications for tree pruning and removal should be referenced in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
