The amendment modifies solicitation W91QF426BA013 for Lightning Protection services at Fort Leavenworth's TE-A Facilities. The primary changes involve adjusting the performance period and contract line item structure. The Base Year period shifts from 24 September 2026 – 23 September 2027 to 30 September 2026 – 29 September 2027. CLIN 0001 (Lightning Protection Inspection, Testing, and CAD Drawing services) is modified from a 12-month monthly unit of measure to a single "Job" deliverable with an 11-unit reduction. The SOV (Schedule of Values) allocation for project execution is now required at the post-award conference submission. Identical period adjustments apply to Option Year #1, shifting from 24 September 2027 – 23 September 2028 to 30 September 2027 – 29 September 2028. The amendment incorporates a new Question and Answer attachment (z-Attch-12-QandA_Lightning_Protection, dated 10 September 2026) and updates sealed bid procedures per FAR Part 14. Contract administration remains under Robert M. Parvin at MICC Leavenworth. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged except as explicitly noted.
