Line items 0002 and 1002 are designated "Do Not Price" and appear to be for optional miscellaneous repairs. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on 17 SEP 2026 at the Fort Leavenworth address specified. A mandatory site visit and IFB overview is scheduled for 25 AUG 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. The Government requires performance and payment bonds due within 10 days of award. Bids must include a bid guarantee equal to 20% of the bid price, current SAM registration with NAICS code 238290, bonding capacity documentation, and financial references. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on sealed bidding procedures under FAR Part 14.
