The amendment extends the bid submission deadline to Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM PST and includes a new attachment, "Presidio of Monterey – Site Visit Information," which provides details on site visit procedures, gate access requirements, and identification stipulations. The scope of work involves replacing existing water fountains with new commercial-grade units equipped with bottle filling stations across eleven buildings, including removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units with associated plumbing and electrical connections, and testing. All work must comply with Buy American Act requirements, ADA standards, and various industry codes and standards. Bidders must submit their bids to the Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Leavenworth, with all questions to be submitted to Contract Specialist Tyerees Sanders by August 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST. The government anticipates awarding the contract to the most advantageous responsible bidder based on price and price-related factors.
