About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for the Install 13 Water Bottle Filling Station Construction Project, Solicitation Number W91QF4-25-B-0001. The Q&A clarifies key details about the solicitation, including that all attachments 1-9 from the original July 25, 2025 solicitation remain valid, with only two attachments being updated. Site visit RSVPs closed on August 11, 2025, and not just anyone with a Real ID can attend. Importantly, all bids must be physically mailed to the specified address by the September 09, 2025 deadline, with no email submissions permitted. The solicitation appears to be issued by a military contracting office (based on the W91QF4 prefix), seeking construction services for installing water bottle filling stations at a location that includes the Presidio of Monterey.
