About this file
This document provides a justification and approval for other than full and open competition for a federal construction contract. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District will issue a request for proposal to construct a General Purpose Maintenance Facility at Fort Campbell, KY for an estimated $25 million to $100 million. The project scope includes maintenance facilities, organizational vehicle parking, building systems, utilities, site development, and sustainability measures. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management database and proposals will be evaluated using a best value tradeoff process, considering past performance, technical, small business participation, and price factors. Discussions may be held at the Government's discretion and the contract will be a firm-fixed-price for 760 calendar days.
