Questions and Answers
1. Question: Is registration required for the site visit on 4/16/19?
Answer: No, it is not required.

Answer: The current Remediation Contractor is HydroGeologic Inc.
3. Question: Section L, Volume 1, Section 3 Past Performance (PPQ): Please advise whether previously completed client PPQs may be utilized in lieu of requesting a new

Answer: Section M, Past Performance on Page 105 at the top of the page states “Offerors shall not incorporate by reference into their proposal PPQs previously submitted for other
RFPs.” Therefore, the government requests that PPQs are completed for this solicitation.

HYDROGEOLOGIC INC Contract #: W912P916D0009.
Answer: That is the correct contractor and contract number.

Answer: Yes the correct address is 110 James S. McDonnell Blvd, Hazelwood, MO
63042. The site visit will start in the large modular building located in the center of the property parallel to McDonnell Blvd.

FUSRAP site scheduled for 0900 16APR19?
Answer: The Site Visit will begin at 0900 with an introduction that will last approximately 15-30 minutes. A tour of the SLAPS facility will then begin and will last approximately 30 minutes. Attendees can then travel to SLDS which is an approximate
