If the Pre-Award survey is provided after award, what should be submitted for the Price Proposal under Tab 6: Contractor Responsibility, Pre-Award Survey Information?
Pre-award survey is not mandatory with the submission package, but will be requested after solicitation due date if they have not had a contract with the San Francisco District, Sacramento District and Los Angeles District within the last twelve months.
