About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W912LM-26-R-A006, a Medical Logistics Warehouse Operations Services contract issued by the Department of the Army Minnesota Army National Guard. The solicitation is a competitive 8(a) set-aside, meaning only 8(a) certified small businesses are eligible to compete. The deadline for submitting questions was March 5, 2026. The contract involves outsourced warehouse operations currently performed under existing contract W912LM-23-C-0003, and new entrants are welcome to bid. An amendment removed ISO 9001:2015 certification as a mandatory requirement or evaluation factor, though the government previously indicated it was not a strict requirement. A site visit was offered on February 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST at Camp Ripley Building 11-63E in Little Falls, Minnesota.
The Q&A document clarifies several technical and administrative points regarding the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The government confirmed that several paragraph numbers in the PWS (1.4.5.1.1, 1.4.5.1.3, 1.4.5.1.5, 1.4.7, 1.4.12, and 1.4.13) are mis-numbered rather than omitted. Key positions mentioned in the PWS are government positions, including the M3W Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor roles. The Contract Manager position is a designated duty held by one of the contractor's designated positions with an assigned alternate, functioning as a dual role rather than a separate position. Interested parties were directed to contact eric.a.ahlgren.civ@army.mil and luke.d.thomsen.civ@army.mil for site visit registration or additional information.
