About this file
This document is an Amendment (0001) for Solicitation W912LD25Q0008 issued by the Rhode Island Army National Guard for a Blackhawk Virtual Reality Simulator Trailer. The amendment includes a series of clarifying questions and answers about the trailer's specifications, revealing key details such as the trailer's current configuration and desired modifications. Specific details include a preference for Flight Simulator 2024 - Premium, an existing generator already mounted on the trailer, two exterior-mounted TVs, and an existing electrical panel.
The trailer's interior specifications include a tan color, with a request for automobile-like carpeting on the walls and seamless PVC floor covering. The document indicates the trailer requires a control area for housing computer equipment and towers. A notable caveat is that the Statement of Objectives (SOO) is currently in draft form and undergoing an Antiterrorism/Operations Security (AT-OPSEC) review, with offerors advised to monitor the posting for future updates and consider the draft SOO for planning purposes only.
